Medicare coverage of telehealth services has been reextended through December 31, 2027.
- The latest: Patients on Medicare and Medicare Advantage at Northwestern Medicine will not incur any additional charges for telehealth appointments scheduled through December 31, 2027.
- For more information, patients can visit the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services website at telehealth.hhs.gov.
- If patients have questions about billing at Northwestern Medicine, they should call 855.694.2866 (TTY: 711).
