The work of NM employees and physicians has allowed the health system to continue to deliver Patients First care despite the personal and professional challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. Structures are in place to continue to handle the surge in COVID-19 cases and flu season, but employees and physicians also must remain healthy to care for patients and each other.
On December 8, employees and physicians will receive an email from a third-party vendor to complete an Engagement Survey. NM has continued to evolve the Engagement Survey to solicit meaningful feedback that makes NM a better place to work and practice, and to better support employees. This survey is short, with only two questions and an opportunity to comment. One of the questions is designed to help employees and physicians take a moment to think about how they are feeling and share that assessment. This will help leaders better understand the needs of their teams, identify tools or resources to support them, or strengthen existing support systems if needed.
The survey should take no more than two minutes and is designed to assess overall well-being and the care NM patients are receiving during this challenging time. Use of a third-party vendor ensures the confidentiality of responses.
The email link for the survey will be sent to:
Employees on staff for at least three months and not on leave of absence
Employed and independent physicians
The survey will be sent from “Northwestern Memorial HealthCare <[email protected]>” with the subject line, “Take Two Minutes to Share Your Thoughts About NM.” For more information about the survey, visit the Your Feedback Makes Us Better page on NM Interactive (login required). If you have additional questions, please email [email protected] or [email protected].
