You will no longer need to manually reconcile COVID-19 immunization administrations received from registries outside NM when the vaccine lot number is included. This applies only to immunizations received from registries after September 12.
Note that MME/Day (morphine milligram equivalents per day) will replace MEDD (morphine equivalent daily dose) to align with standard medical terminology.
You can release results to a patient’s MyNM MyChart account directly from Chart Review instead of navigating to the separate MyChart Results Release activity. View a tip sheet.
