Thanks to the candid responses to the December 2020 Engagement Survey and the "How full is your tank?" question, a leader discussion guide, Self-Reflection Worksheet and the How Full Is Your Tank FAQ have been developed to help teams maintain or increase their energy levels. Teams also shared stories about how they keep their tanks full to inspire others. While the next survey will not ask this same question, individuals and teams should continue to monitor their energy and tank levels. The organization will continue to find ways to follow up on and address this topic. Starting March 23, physicians and employees will have the opportunity to provide feedback on additional topics in the next Engagement Survey. NM has continued to evolve the Engagement Survey to solicit meaningful feedback that makes NM a better place to work and practice, and to better support employees.
With four questions and an opportunity to comment, the survey should take no more than two minutes. Questions will assess whether you have what you need to do your best work. Use of a third-party vendor ensures the confidentiality of responses.
South Region (legacy Palos Health) employees and physicians will not receive this survey because development continues on a thoughtful way to include them in future surveys. The email link for the survey will be sent to the following groups in all other regions:
Employees on staff for at least three months and not currently on leave of absence
Active employed and independent physicians in all regions
The survey will be sent from the email address firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line, “Take Two Minutes to Share Your Thoughts About NM.”
