Complete the NM Engagement Survey Opens September 28

On September 14, employees and employed physicians will receive an email from a third-party vendor to complete the September 2021 Engagement Survey. Northwestern Medicine has continued to evolve the engagement survey to build on what past learnings and solicit meaningful feedback that makes NM a better place to work and practice. 

This survey will have three questions and an opportunity to comment. Questions will assess if individuals recommend NM as a place to work and practice medicine as well as what matters most to you at work.

The email link for the survey will be sent to these groups across the health system:

• Employees on staff for at least three months and not on leave of absence
• Active employed physicians in all regions with clinical full-time equivalent > 0 and not on leave of absence

Independent physicians will be invited to participate in the March 2022 Engagement Survey.

• The engagement survey will be open September 14 to 28.
• You will receive a personalized link to the survey September 14 from a third-party vendor to ensure the confidentiality of responses.
• The survey will take no more than two minutes to complete.
• Questions will assess your likelihood to recommend NM as a place to work or practice and what matters most to you at work.
• It is important for you to share how you’re feeling so the organization can identify ways to support you in reaching your full potential at work.
• The survey will be sent from [email protected] with the subject line, “Take Two Minutes to Share Your Thoughts About NM.”
