Please follow the steps provided below for viewing and ordering the reactivation signs and flyers that are available to you as an NM aligned private physician. Step 1: Please follow this link https://nm.acegraphics.com/login to the login page.
Step 2: Click “Create an account.”
Step 3: Fill out the account details on the page accordingly.
When you get to a required box titled “Site Group,*” click the drop down and select “NM Affiliated Physician.” This will allow access to the appropriate site.
Step 4: Once the account is created, the account managers at Ace will receive an email to approve the account. This is to screen to ensure appropriate individuals are creating accounts.
Step 5: You will receive an email notification when your account has been approved.
Step 6: You can return to the login page and login as normal. Once logged in, you will see a folder containing the products available for printing.
Step 7: Click any product you are interested in, and enter the Quantity, Turn-Around Time and Ship To information. Pricing shown is based on these options. Once complete, click “Add to Cart.”
Step 8: You can continue to add as many items as you would like to the cart and set different Ship To addresses as needed.
Step 9: Add any final comments if necessary and click “Submit Order.” A secure payment dialogue will open where you can enter credit card information. Step 10: Once Ace receives your order, they will put it into production. Ace will print, pack and ship the items in a timely manner, and send an email with tracking information once items have shipped.
